Your non-refundable 50% deposit for orders over $50 is due no later than 2 weeks before your event date, and no changes may be made after the deposit has been received and processed. Any remaining balance is due when your cake is picked up or delivered.
I am not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.
At this time, I prefer to not arrange any fresh flowers on items made by MGHCakes. We can discuss different options as necessary at your consultation.
If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves my possession.
I take a picture of every finished product for my portfolio, and will use these pictures as I see fit. I will also allow you to use the picture with my permission, provided you tag me and my information to any online posts (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Flickr, etc.)
My products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. I will not be held liable for any situations where a person with a specific allergic condition comes into contact with the item provided by MGHCakes. By commissioning MGHCakes, you agree to this fact and will comply 100%
Please remember: I am a small, in-home operation, and am only available to a limited number of clients within the Metro-Atlanta area at this time. I hope to one day increase my business! but for the time being I operate with a few restrictions. If you are looking for a licensed, professional baker that can accomodate certain allergies, requirements, etc., I will be happy to give you a few of my personal recommendations! Feel free to email me with any questions or comments.
Thank you for your support!
